An exercise plan is specifically devised for you which, along with your personal training sessions, nutritional advice, and ongoing email and telephone support from Blissfit, will ensure that you get the best from yourself. This could be something like running that half marathon faster, dropping a dress size, looking good for a key date such as your wedding or a birthday or new job, regaining your figure post baby, lowering blood pressure, sport specific fitness, the list goes on! The key point is that the goal will be specific to you.
Blissfit will deliver:
An exercise programme devised specifically for you.
Value for money – you only pay for the sessions that you use.
Value for money – you will have a programme to follow, and ongoing telephone or email support, but only pay for your personal training sessions (e.g. one, two or three per week – it’s your choice).
