At the beginning of January 08 we were looking for ways to increase our employee's awareness of the company benefits that we offer and to also focus attention on how these benefits could help employees achieve a stronger work life balance. I spoke to Becky at Blissfit and she suggested that we could utilise the services of her company to assist employees reach their health and fitness goals by offering tailored fitness planning sessions and nutritional advice.
